6oz beef pate with bacon and melted cheddar cheese

The Texan Chicken
We take fresh free range chicken breast, sit in a buttermilk marinade and tenderise it. Then we coat in our own recipe, southern style coating and deep fry it. It comes with crisp fresh lettuce and BBQ sauce.

The Deep South
Our own recipe pulled pork, cooked long and slow. Juicy and tender. Served with extra coleslaw in the bun as well as on the side.

The Black and Blue
We take our handmade beef pate and coat in cajun seasoning and sear it and serve it with tangy blue cheese to make the taste buds dance!

The Cheese Lovers Dream
Amazingly seasoned halloumi cheese with a juicy portobello mushroom and sweet chilli sauce. Who says vegetarian is boring!
