VIEW CLASS TIMETABLE

Hiitstep

Not your traditional step workout. HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This involves short bursts of hard work followed by rest all incorporating a step.

Hour of Power

A whole body workout with low weight and high repetitions. Ideal for shaping, toning, fat loss and fitness improvement. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Circuits

In this class, you’ll find various stations with a range of exercises. Each exercise is performed for a set amount of time or repetitions and then followed by a short period of rest.

Tabata

Exercises are performed for 20 seconds with maximum effort followed by a 10 second rest. Exercises are either own body weight or with a light weight. This is a high intensity class.

Bar-Belles

A female only weights class. Perfect for those new to weights, who want to learn the correct techniques or those that are fully experienced who want to train with like-minded ladies.

Spin

Spinning is a group indoor cycling class that focuses on strength, speed, and endurance. The class is choreographed to a great mix of music and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Hyrox

One of the newest competitions taking the fitness world by storm. Hyrox is considered hybrid training which ultimately means a mix of cardio and strength.

We are an official Hyrox affiliated gym and our classes are designed for all levels. Even though the workouts are designed to introduce you to and prepare you for an event, there’s never any pressure to actually compete.

Pure-Stretch

Pure-Stretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates. A great class for all abilities.
