Hyrox

One of the newest competitions taking the fitness world by storm. Hyrox is considered hybrid training which ultimately means a mix of cardio and strength.

We are an official Hyrox affiliated gym and our classes are designed for all levels. Even though the workouts are designed to introduce you to and prepare you for an event, there’s never any pressure to actually compete.

Hiitstep

Not your traditional step workout. HiiT stands for 
High Intensity Interval Training. This involves short bursts of hard work followed by rest all incorporating a step.

Hour of Power

A whole body workout with low weight and high repetitions. Ideal for shaping, toning, fat loss and fitness improvement. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Studio Pump

Perfect for those new to weights, who want to learn the correct techniques
 or those that are fully experienced who want to train with like-minded gym goers. 
Ladies only classes available.

Spin

Spinning is a group indoor cycling class that focuses on strength, speed, and endurance. The class is choreographed to a great mix of music and suitable for all levels of fitness.
